No-Bake Marshmallow Pie

No-bake marshmallow pie is the perfect dessert to make for a Summer gathering. It is so easy to make. Its cool, light, fluffy and has just the right amount of sweetness!

This no-bake marshmallow pie is one dessert I’ve never heard of until a little while ago when I saw a recipe for it on Pinterest. I love marshmallows. If I’m making a recipe that requires marshmallows, I don’t dare buy the bag until the day I am actually going to make the recipe, otherwise I’ll end up snacking on them uncontrollably.

The awesome thing about this pie is that it isn’t too sweet, or filling. It has the perfect amount of sweetness, and is light and fluffy. So when you have a slice, you aren’t wanting to unbutton your pants, or moaning and groaning because your stomach is so full.

Just look at those airy bubbles in the pie! Thats proof right there that its light and fluffy!

Whipping cream is a very simple yet interesting thing. This was my first time ever using whipping cream. Usually I will buy whipped cream in the can. But making your own simply by whipping whipping cream…its a pretty neat process!

Look at that! That used to be a liquid cream…how cool!!

When you melt marshmallows and mix them with milk…it turns into this amazingly delicious marshmallow cream!

Thats all the pie filling consists of. Marshmallows, milk and whipped cream. So simple, and delicious!

You can also choose to top your pie with fresh strawberries to give it a bite of tart sweetness!

Bring this pie for a dessert to your next BBQ or gathering and I guarantee it’ll be a hit! It’s different, and gives everyone a break from the typical party desserts.

Enjoy!!
