Ingredients
Method
- Mix softened cream cheese and fluff together until well combined.
- Pour mixture into ready crust.
- Add the mini marshmallows on top in even layer.
- Cover and let set in fridge for a few hours or overnight.
- Whenever you are ready to serve pie, right before, you want to roast your marshmallows. Preheat your oven broiler to Low heat.
- Place cheesecake on middle rack. Keep a close eye on it to make sure the marshmallows arent burning. The roasting process only takes a few seconds with the broiler.
- Once the marshmallows have a nice golden brown tint to them, they are done.
- Heat up your hot fudge, or melt your milk chocolate chips. Drizzle on top of roasted marshmallows.
- Add crushed graham crackers. Enjoy right away while everything is still warm on top!
