These no-bake s’mores bars are the perfect sweet treat! They have a cookie dough texture, and are filled with marshmallows, chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs!

No-bake s’mores bars are the perfect treat to make. They are super easy, and don’t take too long. Summer is just around the corner, and these guys would be perfect to make for any bbq or party!

These guys have the perfect texture. Its a mix between cookie dough and fudge!

If you aren’t a huge fan of sweet treats, these may not be for you. They are pretty darn sweet, and oh so good!

I love marshmallows. Whenever I’m making a recipe that calls for marshmallows, I always have to set aside some so I can snack on them.

First of all, they are so cute. Second of all, they taste good! So any recipe that has marshmallows in it, I’m sold!

You will get a marshmallow in every bite of these bars! Its perfection. The taste, the texture, the satisfaction!

No-Bake S'Mores Bars

No-Bake S’Mores Bars

These no-bake s'mores bars are the perfect sweet treat! They have a cookie dough texture, and are filled with marshmallows, chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs!

Servings 20 bars

Ingredients
  

  • 8 tbsps butter, unsalted, soft
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs, finely crushed
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour OR all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condesned milk
  • cups milk chocolate chips
  • cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Line a 13×9 baking pan with foil so it extends up the sides. Spray with non stick spray.
  • In a bowl of stand mixer or handheld mixer, cream together the butter, brown sugar and vanilla until light and fluffly.
  • Beat in graham cracker crumbs, flour and salt.
  • Add condensed milk and mix until combined.
  • With a wooden spoon or spatula, fold in 1/2 a cup of the chocolate chips and 1/2 of a cup of the marshmallows. Dough will be thick and sticky.
  • Transfer mixture to pan and spread out evenly with a spatula.
  • Sprinkle top with remaining chocolate chips and marshmallows.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill in fridge until mixture firms up to a fudge consistency. About 1-2 hours.
  • Cut into bars and enjoy!
  • Store any leftovers in container in fridge.
