Method
- Preheat oven to 320 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non stick spray.
- Combine almonds, flour, salt, cinnamon, sugar. Mix well.
- Add butter, egg yolk, egg until well blended.
- Take dough ball out of bowl and place on plastic wrap or wax paper, cover and let chill in fridge for about 20 minutes.
- Once your dough has chilled, take tablespoon size pieces of dough and roll into hand making a long log, making sure to make the middle bigger and the ends smaller. Bend into a crescent shape.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Let cool completely. Dust the tops of the cookies with confectioners sugar.
