Addicting Roasted Broccoli

This addicting roasted broccoli is true to it’s name! Roasted to perfection, mixed with crunchy parmesan cheese pieces. It will be a new favorite side dish!

My favorite part about this addicting roasted broccoli recipe is the cheese! A small amount to keep it healthy, but just the right amount!

I don’t know if you’re a huge broccoli fan. Some people aren’t, some people make it just to make it for a side, and it can be kinda of blah and bland. Unless you season it up a lot. Or add a lot of unhealthy ingredients to it.

Frozen broccoli, heated up in the microwave, or even fresh broccoli cut up, and boiled in water. Those are the most popular ways that I know.

If you try this recipe, you will never go back to microwaved or boiled broccoli! Especially if your kids actually eat it!

When I say it’s addicting, I mean what I say. I could have easily ate the entire batch, which were two large crowns of broccoli.

Usually, I don’t think that way when it comes to broccoli. I mean, I do like broccoli, but not to the point where I want to or could eat all of it and actually enjoy each and every bite!
