Method
- In a bowl, mix together graham crackers, sugar and butter. Press into a 9 inch pie baking dish. Chill in fridge.
- In a large bowl, beat whipping cream until soft peaks form and it turns into whipped cream. About 5 minutes. Set aside in fridge.
- In a medium or large pot or medium heat, melt marshmallows and add milk. Stir together until all marshmallows have melted, and it turns into a smooth mixture.
- Let cool for a bit, then add your whipped cream to pot with melted marshmallows and milk. Stir everything together until once and smooth.
- Pour on top of crust in pie dish. Sprinkle some crushed graham crackers on top. Chill for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with strawberry garnish (optional).
