Pretty In Pink Cocktail
This pretty in pink cocktail is the perfect spring and summer time cocktail. Sweetness and tartness from the grapefruit, with a beautiful hint of floral from the elderflower liquor!

I was out thrifting with my mom and sister one day, spotted these beauts and it was love at first sight! $2 for 4 glasses. Yes please!

Pretty in pink is the perfect name for this cocktail. It has a beautiful pink tint.
Elderflower is my new favorite liquor to make drinks with. Ive had a few mixed drinks with elderflower before, and I was obsessed. The flavor is unreal. It tastes like you are drinking a flower in liquid form.
The flavor of the elderflower liquor pairs so well with citrus. I used lemon and grapefruit juice for this cocktail recipe.
I do need to warn you…this drink is dangerous. It goes down way too easily.
I have a feeling that the same thing that happened to me, will happen to you when you try this cocktail. Your mind will be blown and your taste buds will be amazed. This is going to be one of my favorite go to mixed drinks for this upcoming spring and summer!

Pretty In Pink Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 Shot Vodka
- 1-2 Shots Elderflower Liquor
- 2 Large Grapefruit Wedge Slices Cut a few small pieces of grapefruit for garnish (optional)
- 2 Lemon Slices
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, elderflower liquor, lemon juice, and grapefruit juice.
- Shake hard for about 15 seconds. Add some ice to a cocktail glass. Pour drink in glass. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit (optional). Enjoy!
