I love my Chinese food takeout! I like to try and figure out healthier ways to cook certain dishes you would get for take out.
This recipe consists of a bunch of vegetables, chicken, and teriyaki sauce. Thats it! Not crazy ingredients that are listed a mile long.
There’s just something so satisfying about chopping up a bunch of veggies, and throwing them on a sheet pan. The less clean up and pans used, the better!
Nothing fancy or time consuming!
You can serve your chicken teriyaki with noodles, rice or as is! I made some sticky rice to go with mine. It was delish!
