Sheet pan honey balsamic chicken is one of my new favorite sheet pan meals! So convenient and easy. Everything bakes on one sheet!
As much as I love to cook, I’m not really a fan of recipes that require multiple pots, pans, bowls and baking sheets. It takes too much room up on the stove top and in the oven! Not to mention the dirty dishes you’ll have after…
This recipe is as simple as 1, 2, 3. You line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, or you can spray it with non stick spray. Cut your chicken into cubes, spread them out on the pan. Cut up your veggies, and spread those out on the pan. Season with some salt and pepper.
The flavor comes from the honey balsamic sauce. Drizzle some of that on top of everything and mix around. Bake in the oven until the chicken is done and the veggies are nice and tender!
Easy, right?!
This is also a great recipe for meal prep! Just make double or triple the recipe and you’ll have some delicious and healthy leftovers for a bit!
I almost forgot to mention my favorite flavor of this recipe!…the fresh basil!
Ive always enjoyed basil in my food, but over the past year, I’ve grown such a love towards basil. Im simply obsessed! We all know it adds a great summer flavor to recipes. I guess I never really appreciated it as much as I do now!
If you make this recipe, I hope you enjoy it!
