This simple and healthy broccoli salad for one recipe is so simple and fast. It is perfect for a snack, or even a quick lunch if you don’t have alot of time.
You can absolutely switch some of the ingredients up if need be to fit your needs. You can use dairy free options, or a lite mayonnaise.

This recipe calls for 7 simples ingredients. Fresh broccoli, green grapes, glazed walnuts, mayonnaise, plain green yogurt, salt and pepper.
First you want to chop up your broccoli.
Next, chop your grapes in half.
Lastly, chop up your walnuts.
Now, you want to mix all of your chopped ingredients together with wet ingredients.
And there you have it. All done and ready to enjoy!
This salad doe keep well in a Tupperware container if you want to make extra for leftovers. I wouldn’t keep it for more than a week.

Instructions
Chop your broccoli, walnuts and grapes.
Dump all chopped ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
