- Add chicken breasts to bottom of slow cooker.
- Add taco seasoning on top of chicken, followed by the rest of the ingredients (except chives if using).
- Cook on high heat for 4 hours or low heat for 6 hours.
- When time is up, take chicken out of slow cooker and shred with fork. Place chicken back in slow cooker and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve however you would like. I served mine over rice and sprinkled fresh chives on top!
