Method
- Prepare a 9x9 non stick pan. Line with wax paper or non stick spray. I didn't spray my pan or use wax paper, and my bars came out with a few taps on the bottom of my pan. It's a risk you take!
- Grind your oats in a food blender or processor for about 1 minute.
- In a medium microwave safe bowl, add your peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir until well combined.
- Microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Stir until well combined.
- Add in ground up oats, and peanut butter powder. Stir until well combined. Things will start to get sticky, tacky and thick.
- Once everything is combined well, dump in your 9x9 pan. Press down into pan evenly. Chill for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour, take out bars. Turn them onto a cutting board. Cut bars into squares. Store left overs in tightly sealed container with wax paper separating each. Store in fridge.
