Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mash avocado and banana very finely.
- Add coconut sugar and maple syrup. Mix until combined.
- Add coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
- Add cocoa powder and mix until everything is well combined. Your batter will be more like a thick paste rather than typical brownie batter.
- In a 9x9 non stick pan, add mixture. Press down until mixture is evenly distributed in pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool completely until cutting into squares.
- Keep left overs in a tightly sealed container in fridge.
