Gluten Free + Dairy Free Avocado Brownies

Servings: 16 Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ripe Avocado, mashed
  • 1 Ripe Banana, mashed
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar
  • 4 TBSP Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • 8 TBSP Coconut Flour
  • 3 TBSP 100% Pure Maple Syrup

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mash avocado and banana very finely.
  3. Add coconut sugar and maple syrup. Mix until combined.
  4. Add coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
  5. Add cocoa powder and mix until everything is well combined. Your batter will be more like a thick paste rather than typical brownie batter.
  6. In a 9x9 non stick pan, add mixture. Press down until mixture is evenly distributed in pan.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes.
  8. Let cool completely until cutting into squares.
  9. Keep left overs in a tightly sealed container in fridge.
  10. Enjoy!
