Sweet Potato Fries With Sriracha Aioli

These sweet potato fries with sriracha aioli are so easy to make, and healthy! They make for a great side or snack!

When there is a type of unhealthy food that you love, its nice to find a healthy alternative to that food, don’t you think?! These sweet potato fries with sriracha aioli are the perfect alternative to deep fried French fries. They are crispy, delicious and healthy!

Usually you would think of ketchup for dipping your fries in, but have you ever tried dipping them in a aioli? If not…your missing out!

This sriracha aioli is the perfect pair for these sweet potato fries! It is so so easy to make too.

I know that a typical, real homemade aioli contains egg yolk and way more ingredients…BUT, this lazy aioli is seriously amazing, and you wouldn’t think that it wasn’t homemade!

Mayonnaise and sriracha….thats it!

Cutting your sweet potatoes the right way will allow them to cook and crisp up perfectly. You want to make sure to not cut them too thick.

It’s hard to get the perfect crispiness to a homemade French fry when you’re baking them. But with the right amount of space and olive oil…these guys will turn out to have a great crisp!

These are perfect for a side dish, an appetizer for a party, or even as a meal. If you think about it…its like you’re eating a sweet potato, except in French fry form!

Enjoy!
