Method
- In a small bowl add olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Mix together. Set aside.
- Preheat grill to medium low heat.
- Cut your tomatoes and mozzarella ball into thin circular slices.
- Brush flatbreads with your garlic and herb olive oil mixture. Add cut up tomatoes and mozzarella cheese to flatbread.
- Sprinkle with some black pepper.
- Place flatbreads on grill and cook for 6-8 minutes. Mine took about 7 minutes. You want to keep checking bottoms of flatbreads to make sure they aren't burning.
- Carefully take flatbreads off grill as soon as they are done. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
- Let cool a bit before slicing.
