In a small bowl add olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and salt. Mix together. Set aside.
Preheat grill to medium low heat.
Cut your tomatoes and mozzarella ball into thin circular slices.
Brush flatbreads with your garlic and herb olive oil mixture. Add cut up tomatoes and mozzarella cheese to flatbread.
Sprinkle with some black pepper.
Place flatbreads on grill and cook for 6-8 minutes. Mine took about 7 minutes. You want to keep checking bottoms of flatbreads to make sure they aren't burning.
Carefully take flatbreads off grill as soon as they are done. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle with fresh basil leaves.
Let cool a bit before slicing.
