Method
- In large sauté pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add chicken breasts to pan, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken on each side over medium high heat for about 4-5 min per side.
- When chicken is done, take off heat and keep covered.
- In small bowl, mix together quartered tomatoes, minced garlic, julienned basil, salt, olive oil and oregano.
- Spoon mixture on top of chicken in pan. Use it all up.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze on top of chicken.
