In large sauté pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add chicken breasts to pan, season with salt and pepper.
Cook chicken on each side over medium high heat for about 4-5 min per side.
When chicken is done, take off heat and keep covered.
In small bowl, mix together quartered tomatoes, minced garlic, julienned basil, salt, olive oil and oregano.
Spoon mixture on top of chicken in pan. Use it all up.
Drizzle balsamic glaze on top of chicken.
