Method
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
- In a blender or food processor, add frozen cut up banana pieces, almond milk, 1/4 cup of all natural peanut butter. Blend on high until everything is well combined and smooth.
- Add in chocolate chips, and pulse until combined with mixture.
- Dump nice cream mixture into lined baking dish. Spread around evenly.
- Drizzle 1 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter on top and swirl into mixture with knife.
- Freeze nice cream for about 3-4 hours. You want to make sure the middle is nice and set.
- When nice cream is done, and has a soft serve consistency, serve with additional melted peanut butter on top and chocolate chips!
