Chocolate Chip And Peanut Butter Banana Nice Cream

Servings 4 People

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Sliced Bananas Coins, frozen
  • 1/4 Cup all natural peanut butter, smooth
  • 1 1/2 tbsps all natural peanut butter, smooth for swirl
  • 1 Cup Plain Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Mini Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a blender or food processor, add frozen cut up banana pieces, almond milk, 1/4 cup of all natural peanut butter. Blend on high until everything is well combined and smooth.
  • Add in chocolate chips, and pulse until combined with mixture.
  • Dump nice cream mixture into lined baking dish. Spread around evenly.
  • Drizzle 1 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter on top and swirl into mixture with knife.
  • Freeze nice cream for about 3-4 hours. You want to make sure the middle is nice and set.
  • When nice cream is done, and has a soft serve consistency, serve with additional melted peanut butter on top and chocolate chips!
