Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease an 8×8 baking pan with coconut oil or vegetable oil. Set aside.
- In a food blender, food processor or smoothie blender, add every single ingredient and puree until a nice smooth batter forms. I used my 3.5 – cup food blender and everything fit just fine!
- Pour batter into greased baking pan.
- Sprinkle with extra chocoalte chips (otional).
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-18 minutes. Mine took exactly 18 minutes.
- Let cool for about 10 minutes before cutting them into squares.
- For an even better texture, cover and let chill in the fridge overnight!
