Sweet Chili Meatballs

This sweet chili meatballs recipe is delicious, quick and easy! Sweet, tangy and savory. Three of the best flavor combinations in one!

These sweet chili meatballs are live flavor bombs. When you bite into one, so many flavors explode! You’ve got your sweet, tangy, savory, mildly spicy, and meaty! Oh yeah, can’t forget about the garlic!

So what is sweet chili?

If you’ve never heard of (which I’m sure you have) sweet chili sauce, or have never tried it, you’re missing out!

You can find it at any grocery store. Its in the aisle with the bbq sauces and condiments. I go between Franks brand and Trader Joes.

It’s a thick, sweet sauce with a very mild chili spice! So if you don’t like spicy foods all that much, you may like sweet chili sauce!

Whenever I eat meatballs, its usually your traditional Italian meatball you eat with pasta. Thats what makes these sweet chili meatballs so great! Its a delicious change-up!

This recipe makes 12 meatballs if you make them the same size I made mine. About the size of a golf ball. You can make them smaller, or bigger. Whatever your heart desires!

I served my meatballs over white jasmine rice. You can serve your with whatever you’d like. I also thought of some cauliflower rice to make it a low carb meal! Or maybe some asian noodles!

If you make this recipe, I hope you enjoy it!
