Method
- In a medium bowl, using a handheld mixer, mix all ingredients together, minus the sprinkles.
- Using a tablespoon or tablespoon sized scoop, scoop dough and roll into balls.
- Put some sprinkles in a bowl, and roll balls in sprinkles. You may have to push the sprinkles into the balls. They gave me some trouble with sticking, but they eventually stuck!
- You can enjoy these protein balls right away, or let them chill in your fridge. I personally like them better chilled!
- Store these protein balls in an air tight container, in fridge for up to 1 week!
