- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease bottom and insides of an 8×8 inch baking pan and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, cocoa, salt, brown sugar and granulated sugar. Whisk to combined and break up any clumps.
- In a seperate bowl, beat together eggs and vanilla. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt together butter and chocolate chips. Constantly stirring until completely melted.
- Mix melted chocolate into dry ingredients until well combined. Add egg mixture. Mix until well combined. Batter should be thick and fudgy.

- Pour batter into greased baking pan, and bake for 25-27 minutes (batter will be thick, so youll have to use a spatula to spread batter out in pan). Brownies will be done when toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.

- When done, take another 8×8 pan or loaf pan and press down on top of brownies gently to flatten brownie a bit while still warm.
- Let brownies cool completely.
- Pour caramel sauce on top of brownies and spread around evenly. Sprinkle with some sea salt.
