This Mississippi pot roast was a major winner for my family! The beef literally melts in your mouth. Its so buttery, and the flavors are unreal!

You get a very mild hint of spice from the pepperoncinis. Absolutely amazing flavors from the ranch seasoning, and the gravy seasoning.

You are probably wondering why it’s called Mississippi pot roast. I have no idea…but its delicious!

And who doesn’t love a good slow cooker meal? My house smelt AMAZING while this was cooking. It was incredible! My mouth was watering…

This recipe will absolutely be a favorite, go to meal for us!

I mean, just look at those juices. Come onnnn! How can it not be good??

I served mine over some mashed potatoes, but you can serve yours however you want to. Over rice, or some type of grain. This is even good by itself!

Gosh, I’m just dreaming of the day I get to eat it again, which will be very soon by the way! I already plan on making it again next week!
