Mississippi Pot Roast
This recipe for Mississippi pot roast is a melt in your mouth meal! Beef is slow cooked in a mixture of butter, pepperoncini, and delicious seasonings!

- 2 lbs. chuck roast
- 4 tbsps butter
- 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
- 1 packet of au jus gravy mix
- 5 pepperoncini peppers
- mashed potatoes or grain of choice to serve with (optional) I served my pot roast on top of some mashed potatoes.
Place chuck roast in a slow cooker.
Add packet of ranch dressing mix, au jus gravy mix, butter and pepperoncinis on top of chuck roast.
Cook on low heat for 8 hours. Shred beef apart with fork.
Serve over mashed potatoes or grain of choice. Enjoy!
