Method
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, "everything" seasoning and yeast.
- Add water and mix everything together until dough becomes a ball. Cover bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let rise at room temperature for at least 13 hours.
- When it's time to bake bread, preheat oven to 450°. Put dutch oven in oven while it preheats.
- Flour hands and lightly flour counter top. Remove dough from bowl, forming into a ball.
- Wet hands with water and spritz top of dough ball so the seasoning sticks. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of "everything" seasoning on top of dough ball.
- When oven is preheated, carefully take dutch oven out, place a piece of parchment paper in dutch oven and place dough ball on parchment paper. Cover dutch oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove dutch oven lid and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Let cool for a bit before cutting.
