Method
- First you want to marinate your shark steak. Place shark steak in medium bowl.
- Add rice vinegar, chopped parsley, and minced garlic.
- Squeeze lemon wedge over shark steak.
- Add soy sauce, and pepper.
- Marinate in fridge for 30 minutes. Turning the steak over half way through.
- When 30 minutes is up, preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place shark steak in baking dish, with marinade.
- Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Enjoy!
