Baked Sweet Potato Fries

These baked sweet potato fries with maple aioli are the best! They are healthy, easy and delicious! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside!

Baked sweet potato fries are one of my favorite, go to snacks! They are healthy, easy, delicious and filling!

If I go out to eat, and my meal comes with French fries, I always ask to see if they have sweet potato fries! They are just so good! The sweet and salty combo wins my heart over original French fries.

Can we also talk about how aioli seems to be the new ketchup? Especially for sweet potato fries. Which, I’m not complaining! Aioli is way more flavorful than ketchup, and you can mix flavors up with aioli.

Now, when I say “aioli”…I mean mayonnaise mixed with other ingredients. Ive need made actual aioli before, but my lazy way works just fine!

It’s literally just mayonnaise with maple syrup and onion powder. And it is amazing! Sweet, creamy maple flavor with salty sweet potato fries…omg. The flavor is so simple yet incredible!

Just to show you how simple these fries are…

You can see in the photo above, they are literally cut up sweet potatoes mixed with olive oil, salt and onion powder.

So, so simple! And I guarantee kids will love them!
