Baked Sweet Potato Fries
These baked sweet potato fries with maple aioli are the best! They are healthy, easy and delicious! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside!

For Sweet Potato Fries
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into french fries
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
For Maple Aioli
- 1¼ tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
Preheat oven to 425°. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Wash, peel and cut sweet potatoes into french fries. Place in a large bowl and add olive oil, onion powder and salt. Mix around until each fry is coated well.
Place fries on lined baking sheet spread out in an even layer.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until they start to turn golden brown.
Make aioli by mixing mayonnaise, maple syrup and onion powder together until smooth.
I heated my ailio in microwave for 15 seconds to warm it up a but before serving with fries.
When fries are done, place on plate with ailoi for dipping. Enjoy!
