Method
- In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients for aioli. Set aside.
- In a large sauté pan, heat 1 tbsp of butter and 1/2 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions, salt and pepper. Cover and cook until onions become dark brown and caramelized. About 10-15 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Set aside.

- In a large bowl, mix together ingredients for turkey burgers. Form mixture into 4 patties.

- In another large, non-stick sauté pan, or skillet, drizzle some olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add all 4 patties to skillet. Cover and cook for about 7-10 minutes on each side. Or until the internal temperature of burger reaches 165°.

- Serve burgers by adding turkey burger to bun, then some garlic aioli on top of burger, followed by some caramelized onions on top of aioli, and top with bun. Enjoy!
