This brownie bottom butter cake is seriously delicious, and looks so cool! I’m a huge fan of brownies. But not a huge fan of chocolate cake. I do love vanilla cake though!
So, you see…with this cake, it’s literally the best of both worlds. It is perfect for us folks who have a hard time deciding on one option.
This entire cake is so dense and moist! Thank you butter. But the brownie layer is extra special. Its super fudgy and chocolatey. After all, its made with melted milk chocolate!
The brownie layer is quite the sweet treat. But thats ok, because the butter cake isn’t as sweet, so the sweetness all equals out and turns out to be perfection to the taste buds!
An easy way to pull this cake up and out of the pan is to line your pan with some tin foil, and then spray it with some cooking spray. Worked like a charm for me!
Then you get to pouring your layers in. Starting with the brownie batter of course.
Then with the butter cake batter, which won’t be as runny, you’ll have to spread it around carefully with a spatula.
