Method
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Cut up your head of cauliflower into florets.
- In a large bowl add flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and milk. Mix together until everything is well combined and you have a smooth creamy batter.
- Add your cut up cauliflower to bowl with batter and toss around to coat evenly.
- On a large baking sheet lined with non stick spray or parchment paper, pour coated cauliflower and spread out evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, mixing around halfway through baking time.
- In a small bowl, mix together buffalo sauce, oil and honey together while cauliflower is baking.
- Take cauliflower out of oven after 15 minutes is up and coat cauliflower with buffalo sauce mixture with a cooking brush. Make sure to coat each piece evenly.
- Bake cauliflower for an additional 20-25 minutes, until cauliflower turns golden brown.
- Serve with blue cheese or ranch for dipping, and celery.
