Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

These buffalo cauliflower bites will be your new go to party food. They are so easy, and so tasty!

Buffalo chicken wings are a great party food, or appetizer. I get it, a lot of people don’t like trying different foods, and like the OG foods.

But why not switch things up a bit? If you really think about it, the wonderful flavors and taste of any buffalo chicken dish comes from the buffalo sauce that coats the chicken. So really, anything coated in buffalo sauce must taste good….right?

Ok, well maybe not anything, but cauliflower is one thing I know tastes amazing coated in buffalo sauce.

Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 TSP Paprika
  • 2 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 3/4 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 TBSP Cooking Oil I used coconut oil
  • 1 TBSP Honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Cut up your head of cauliflower into florets.
  • In a large bowl add flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper and milk. Mix together until everything is well combined and you have a smooth creamy batter.
  • Add your cut up cauliflower to bowl with batter and toss around to coat evenly.
  • On a large baking sheet lined with non stick spray or parchment paper, pour coated cauliflower and spread out evenly.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, mixing around halfway through baking time.
  • In a small bowl, mix together buffalo sauce, oil and honey together while cauliflower is baking.
  • Take cauliflower out of oven after 15 minutes is up and coat cauliflower with buffalo sauce mixture with a cooking brush. Make sure to coat each piece evenly.
  • Bake cauliflower for an additional 20-25 minutes, until cauliflower turns golden brown.
  • Serve with blue cheese or ranch for dipping, and celery.
