Method
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add diced onions and salt to skillet. Cook for 40 minutes until nice and caramelized. Stirring occasionally.
- Stir in steak sauce and mix until combined.
- Place onions in a bowl and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Add sour cream and black pepper to bowl with onions.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Serve immediately or let chill overnight in fridge.
- Add chopped green onions on top (optional) and serve with chips of choice.
