Method
- Prepare your marinade. In a medium bowl mix together olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, and chicken stock. Whisk together until everything is well combined.
- Add drumsticks to a large ziplock baggy, or bowl. Pour in marinade and mix around making sure each piece of chicken is well soaked.
- Let sit in mariade for a few hours, or overnight/all day long. The longer the better!
- Once they are done marinating, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Baked for 30-35 minutes. Flipping halfway through the cooking time.
- When they start to turn golden brown and crispy on top, they are done.
- If you like the chicken skin to be extra crispy, turn your ovens broiler on low heat, and let the chicken sit under broiler for a few seconds. Make sure to keep an eye on them!
