Prepare your marinade. In a medium bowl mix together olive oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, salt, and chicken stock. Whisk together until everything is well combined.
Add drumsticks to a large ziplock baggy, or bowl. Pour in marinade and mix around making sure each piece of chicken is well soaked.
Let sit in mariade for a few hours, or overnight/all day long. The longer the better!
Once they are done marinating, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Baked for 30-35 minutes. Flipping halfway through the cooking time.
When they start to turn golden brown and crispy on top, they are done.
If you like the chicken skin to be extra crispy, turn your ovens broiler on low heat, and let the chicken sit under broiler for a few seconds. Make sure to keep an eye on them!
