Method
- Add your chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper to crockpot. Mix around.
- Add your chicken to broth mixture.
- Add cut up onion, corn and carrots on top of chicken.
- Add cream cheese.
- Cover and cook for 7-8 hours on low, or 4-6 hours on high.
- When done, take chicken out and shred with a fork. Place back in crockpot, along with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and mix together. The sour cream will thicken it up a little bit.
- Turn heat to warm and keep uncovered before serving to let everything thicken up a bit.

- Garnish with some sliced green onions (optional).
