Add your chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper to crockpot. Mix around.
Add your chicken to broth mixture.
Add cut up onion, corn and carrots on top of chicken.
Add cream cheese.
Cover and cook for 7-8 hours on low, or 4-6 hours on high.
When done, take chicken out and shred with a fork. Place back in crockpot, along with 2 tablespoons of sour cream and mix together. The sour cream will thicken it up a little bit.
Turn heat to warm and keep uncovered before serving to let everything thicken up a bit.
