You need these easy baked chicken taquitos in your life. They are easy, delicious, and not drenched in oil from frying!
I love tacos, but taquitos are pretty great! Like a taco, but way easier to eat. And much more convenient.
For this recipe, you will need some shredded chicken (obviously). You can either bake your chicken to shred it, slow cook the chicken, or even get a rotisserie chicken and take the meat off of that to use!
To keep this recipe more towards the guilt free and healthier side, I made sure to use lite sour cream, and cream cheese.
You may be wondering, if these aren’t fried in oil, how do they get nice and crispy?!…
I sprayed the wraps with cooking spray! It worked like a charm.
You can see the nice brown, crispiness to the shells!
Speaking of tortilla shells, I actually made my own for this recipe, but you can use store bought tortilla shells as well!
