Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark With Strawberries And Chocolate Chips

This frozen greek yogurt bark with strawberries and chocolate chips is perfect for a sweet snack, or even breakfast! Cold and creamy, with fresh strawberry chunks and mini chocolate chips, packed with protein from the yogurt!

Frozen greek yogurt bark with strawberries and chocolate chips is so easy to make, and it’s healthy for you! Who doesn’t like a good recipe that’s easy and guilt free?! I know I do. These guys are winners!

They are nice and creamy, frozen, but not too hard where you’re breaking your teeth and jaw biting into them.

They aren’t too sweet, or have any added sugar. The only sweetness you’re getting is from the yogurt, strawberries and chocolate chips!

This is a very low fat snack as well! Wahoo! Sign me up.

It is as simple as mixing together the three simple ingredients, spreading it out on a baking sheet, and letting it sit in the freezer for about 2 hours.

You want to make sure that when you add your strawberries, you fold them in gently, or else you’ll get pink swirly tie dye bark. Which might not be as bad as I’m making it sound!

I preferred my frozen yogurt bark to be a nice white, refreshing color!

The best part about this recipe, besides the fact that it’s super easy to make, is that you don’t have to be perfect with it. When spreading it out onto the baking sheet, you don’t have to make it into a perfect square, or fit the pan. Just spread it out enough so it’s somewhat in an even layer!

When it’s frozen and done, all you have to do is take your hands, or a knife and break them into bark pieces. Thats it!! Simple, right?!

These guys keep well in a air tight container for about 2 weeks in the freezer!

Enjoy!
