In a bowl, combine yogurt and chocolate chips. Mix until combined.
Add cut up strawberries and fold in gently with spatula until well combined.
Line a baking sheet that has edges with parchment paper. Dump yogurt mixture on baking sheet and spread out into even layer.
Freeze for about 2 hours.
When done, break into pieces with hands or knife.
Store any left overs in air tight container in freezer, up to two weeks.
