Frozen Greek Yogurt Bark With Strawberries And Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries, chopped into small pieces make sure strawberries are dry after washing them. If they are wet at all, it will cause some icy texture to bark.
  • 2 Cups Vanilla Greek Yogurt, 0% milk fat
  • 1/4 Cup Mini Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt and chocolate chips. Mix until combined.
  2. Add cut up strawberries and fold in gently with spatula until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet that has edges with parchment paper. Dump yogurt mixture on baking sheet and spread out into even layer.
  4. Freeze for about 2 hours.
  5. When done, break into pieces with hands or knife.
  6. Store any left overs in air tight container in freezer, up to two weeks.
