I know it seems a little cliche to be posting this Greek chickpea salad recipe on New Years Day, but why not?! Personally, I think it’s a great time to post this recipe. Today is the day the most people want to start the new year off right, and eat healthy.
When the holidays arrive, we all start to eat unhealthy. And if you don’t, good for you! I wish I was able to say “no” to all the delicious baked goods, and comfort food.
I like to look at it as, you only live once and life is too short. So treat yourself to the tasty food. The holidays come but once a year!
