Method
- First you want to make your vinaigrette dressing. Mix together mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, garlic powder, and vinegar. Set aside.
- Wash brussel sprouts, and pat dry.
- Chop ends off of brussel sprouts, cut in half the long way, then cut thin slices to resemble a shredded look.
- Add to medium size serving bowl, or salad bowl.
- Dice up your red onion into small pieces.
- Cut up your apple into small cubes.
- Add onion and apple on top of brussel sprouts.
- Add the pine nuts.
- Drizzle vinaigrette dressing on top, and mix together until everything is combined with vinaigrette.
