Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts

Brussel sprouts are tossed in a sweet and spicy honey sriracha sauce, and baked until tender, but crispy!

I find it interesting that I never used to like brussel sprouts, up until about a year ago. I never knew how to season them correctly, and cook them to the right consistency.

They would always be too hard, or too soft and mushy, and lack alot of flavor.

With the right seasoning, you can make brussel sprouts your new favorite vegetable, or side. Even if you never liked them before!

After a lot of trial and error, I’ve finally perfected the cooking time and temperature needed for the perfect brussel sprouts.

This recipe, I cut my sprouts into fours. That allows them to cook better, in my opinion.

Everyone has their own preference, but when it comes to baked brussel sprouts, I love mine to be crispy, yet tender. I love how some of them shed pieces that turn completely dark and crispy. Yum!

The honey sriracha sauce with fresh lime juice is the bees knees!…no pun intended.

It is the perfect balance of sweet, salty and spicy.

This recipe is not for those who don’t like a little spice in their life. These sprouts do have quite the kick to them.

You could always cut down on the sriracha if you aren’t a fan of spice. Make sure yo substitute with more olive oil or honey.

You get the perfect mixture of some crispy and tender. These brussel sprouts are the best ones I’ve made yet. The flavor is exceptional!

Enjoy!!
