Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In small bowl, combine honey, olive oil, sriracha, lime juice. Whisk until very well combined.
- In a large bowl, add your cut up brussel sprouts. Pour honey sriracha sauce mixture oven brussel sprouts.
- Add salt, mix everything together until well combined. Make sure all of the brussel sprouts are well seasoned.
- Dump brussel sprouts on large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread them out evenly so they are in one layer, and not on top of eachother.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
