Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In small bowl, combine honey, olive oil, sriracha, lime juice. Whisk until very well combined.
In a large bowl, add your cut up brussel sprouts. Pour honey sriracha sauce mixture oven brussel sprouts.
Add salt, mix everything together until well combined. Make sure all of the brussel sprouts are well seasoned.
Dump brussel sprouts on large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread them out evenly so they are in one layer, and not on top of eachother.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
