Method
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in 30 second intervals, mixing in between every 30 seconds until everything is smooth and melted.
- Add the rice krispy cereal to a large mixing bowl, pour melted chocolate and peanut butter all over cereal, and mix until well and evenly coated.
- On a lined baking sheet, drop heaping spoonfuls of mixture. I used a cookie/ice cream scoop so the clusters stayed together.
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to set up.
- When clusters are hard and set up, place in a large ziplock freezer bag, and add powdered sugar.
- Shake bag to coat clusters evenly with powdered sugar.
- Keep chilled until ready to serve.
