Who doesn’t love a delicious and easy taco recipe?! This recipe for pulled pork street tacos is the perfect, lazy weeknight meal that you and your family will love!

Just like pizza, tacos are one of my weaknesses. But they don’t have to be unhealthy! Just fill them with healthy ingredients!

You can get so creative when it comes to tacos…and pizza. Thats one of the many reasons why I love both!

Fill the tacos with 2 ingredients, or 10 ingredients! It’s all up to you, your taste buds, and your imagination.

Why are they called “street” tacos?

Good question. I was always curious about this, so I googled it. They are called “street” tacos because they are smaller in size than your typical tacos. Making it easier for a “street traveler” to enjoy a quick meal!

Street tacos are also usually served on corn tortillas, which are tougher to break than flour tortillas. So you can pile them high with delicious ingredients, and they won’t break or tear. Pretty awesome!

This recipe is one of those “eat with your eyes” recipe! Its colors are beautiful, and make them look even more appetizing!
