Be Mine – Pudding Sprinkle Cookies

These pudding sprinkle cookies are the perfect sweet treat for your Valentine. Crunchy on the outside, chewy and moist on the inside. Not to mention the adorable pink and white sprinkles!

With Valentines Day being right around the corner, I took full advantage to make an adorable sweet treat.

Who says a Valentines treat has to be chocolate? Although, if I happen to get a heart shaped box full of chocolates, I won’t be complaining.

It doesn’t matter what you hand out for your Valentines. As long as its a delicious sweet treat, with a hue of pink and red, you’re golden!

For this recipe, it’s all about the sprinkles. Who doesn’t like sprinkles?!

Sure, you can make a pudding cookie that tastes amazing…but the sprinkles make them taste even more amazing.

I am that 30 something year old who still, to this day gets rainbow sprinkles on top of her ice cream. I will never be too old for sprinkles. Sprinkles make life a little better.

I must say, these cookies did spread alot for being chilled. Make sure to give each cookie plenty of room.

If you’ve never had a pudding cookie before, you are truly missing out. They are so moist and soft. The proof is in the pudding…no pun intended!

Enjoy my friends, and Happy Valentines Day!
